Sandra Chan

Sandra is a distinguished entrepreneur and professional with over three decades of experience, showcasing a versatile skill set in legal, private equity, due diligence, fund management, finance, IPO, SPAC, project funding, consulting, property development, and renewable energy projects. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of London and called as a Barrister At Laws (Lincoln’s Inn), Sandra's legal career spans 21 years. She was called to the High Court of Malaya and the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak. As Co-Founder and Partner of Messrs Y.P.Chan & Associates, Advocates & Solicitors, she excelled in various legal domains, from commercial and corporate to litigation and transactions of significant value.

Sandra's journey continued with a previous role as an Advisor and Regional Director in Asia Pacific for a UK-based Private Equity firm, contributing to her vast expertise. Currently, as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Asia Access Capital Partners Ltd, Sandra manages a regulated Private Equity fund, Asia Access Capital Management LP, and serves as the Lead Advisor and Sponsor of a Nasdaq-listed SPAC. Specialising in venture capital, private equity, and project financing, particularly in renewable energy, she also holds a directorial position at RL ADS Power Sdn Bhd, a renewable, oil & gas subsidiary of a KLSE Main Board listed company, affirming her strategic leadership and negotiation skills in complex deals.

Dominic Liew

Dominic, a seasoned professional with a diverse background in legal, private equity, fund management, property, consultancy, and alternative investments, serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Asia Access Capital Partners. In this role, he oversees the management and operations of a regulated and licensed Private Equity fund, demonstrating proficiency in fund management, investor relations, and portfolio management. Dominic's impact extends to the property sector, where he is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Asia Access Group Sdn Bhd, providing consultancy services to property developers in Malaysia since 2009.

Dominic's legal career includes being called as an Advocate to the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak, East Malaysia, and subsequently as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya. His tenure as a Partner at Messrs Y.P.Chan & Associates involved diverse experience in litigation, conveyancing, and corporate transactions. Dominic is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of London and a Certificate of Legal Practice in Malaysia, underscoring his commitment to excellence in both legal and financial spheres. He also holds a directorial position at RL ADS Power Sdn Bhd, a renewable, oil & gas subsidiary of a KLSE Main Board listed company.

Aaron Liew

Aaron is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted career that spans finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Having previously worked at Ernst & Young in Lead Advisory, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, he honed his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes. Beyond traditional finance, Aaron has emerged as a influential player in the cryptocurrency space, serving as an advisor to numerous projects seeking funding.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master's degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University, Aaron seamlessly blends academic prowess with practical acumen. His strategic prowess extends beyond financial acuity, as he is renowned for fostering company growth and brand development. With a unique perspective gained from experience in both Venture Capital and the Tech Startup scene, Aaron brings a holistic approach to driving success in the ever-evolving business landscape.
